Our Capabilities

Yonglihao Machinery provides custom manufacturing for prototypes and production. We use CNC machining, metal stamping, and die casting to help you prove your designs, ensure quality, and increase output without costly rework. We handle every RFQ with an engineering focus. This gives you clearer feedback, more predictable lead times, and parts that work as designed.

Advanced equipment to realise complex parts processing

What We Do?

At Yonglihao Machinery, we provide manufacturing services for functional and appearance-critical parts. If your design has risks—thin walls, sharp radii, tight corners, or tough tolerance stacks—we flag them early and recommend a safer production route before you commit time and budget.

Our services support industrial machinery, automation, and manufacturing equipment parts such as housings, brackets, shafts, fixtures, inserts, connectors, and covers. Send your drawing, material, tolerances, and quantity, and we’ll recommend the best-fit process from the services below.

Custom Manufacturing On Demand

We have strong manufacturing capabilities. You can choose the amount of manufacturing and other processes that meet your needs.

Rapid Prototyping

Our goal is to offer clients quick and excellent prototyping services. Our manufacturing team and technology can quickly create prototypes to validate your design or speed up product development.

Small-volume processing

Whether you need a small production run, we have the flexibility to process small batches. We create good parts for small orders by customizing solutions and using efficient manufacturing methods.

High Volume Machining

We have advanced equipment and processes that allow us to meet our customers' needs. We can make lots of parts and still have good quality and deliver on time.

Quality System & Inspection Workflow

Yonglihao Machinery is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We use a documented quality workflow, not just end-of-line sorting. Quality begins with incoming material verification. It continues through in-process control, final inspection, and packing checks. This approach ensures repeatability across batches and reduces issues when orders repeat over time.

Our 5-step control plan:

  1. Incoming inspection (materials and key needs)
  2. In-process inspection (checkpoints at set intervals)
  3. Final inspection (dimensional and visual checks)
  4. Packing verification (protection, labeling, no mix-ups)
  5. Traceability & records (supports repeat builds)

Quality deliverables (as requested): dimensional inspection report [2D/3D/CMM], first article inspection (FAI) , material test certificate (MTC) / certificate of conformance (COC), and corrective action reports [8D/CAPA .

FAQs

What files should I send for a quote?

Send a 2D drawing and a 3D CAD model. Include the material, quantity, and surface needs. Clearly mark any critical dimensions. Knowing how the part will be used helps us protect its fit and function.

Tolerances depend on the feature. We review your needs during DFM. We confirm achievable targets for the process and define how to inspect critical features. This prevents unrealistic specs and delays.

We can give you dimensional reports and CMM data [if available]. Material certificates are provided when required. FAI and corrective action reports depend on project needs and should be defined before we start.

Yes. We offer NDA support. We also use controlled file handling and version control to reduce errors from design changes.
